Amanda Grillo

Amanda Grillo is originally from Denver, Colorado, where she spent her entire life growing up before moving to Fort Collins to attend Colorado State University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Sports Marketing. Amanda was fortunate enough to utilize her education in Sports Marketing and landed an impressive internship with the Denver Broncos as they went on to win the 2015 Super Bowl 50. Following this opportunity, she explored various career paths in different areas, including community fundraising for children's hospitals, sales and logistics, as well as property management and operations management in the commercial real estate world. 

As a Colorado girl at heart, Amanda moved to Southern California for a while, trading the mountains for the beach. During her time away, she attempted to learn how to surf but realized that she is much better on downhill skis than trying to tackle a wave on a surfboard. Although she enjoyed her time in California, it deepened her love and appreciation for Colorado, prompting her to return home. Now, she is happy to be back in the Fort Collins area, where she can enjoy her love for the outdoors, breweries, and good company.

Amanda is game to try almost any outdoor activity or sport at least once. Her hobbies include skiing, cooking, mountain biking (her newest hobby), and exploring new places, whether it's a local farmers market or a solo weekend getaway to a nearby town. She is making it a priority to travel more in the upcoming year, both near and far, and is open to recommendations. Her top three destinations on the list are Sheridan, New York City, and Mexico City. However, as much as she loves traveling and being outside, Amanda can also be an extreme homebody who enjoys turning on music while cooking or hosting living room movie marathon watch parties while ordering in a pizza. It all depends on the day!
