Megan leads Blue Margin’s Client Delivery team, overseeing Client Success Managers and Analytics Engineers responsible for the day-to-day success of client partnerships. Her team sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring clients are prioritizing the right work, seeing measurable outcomes, and getting lasting value from their data investment.
She came to Blue Margin from a background in business development and operations, having spent much of her early career in the fitness industry, helping launch and scale businesses before bringing that same energy for building relationships and driving growth to the world of data and BI consulting.
Her approach bridges the technical and the human: she translates complex data work into clear business value, keeps her team aligned across both the analytical and relational sides of every engagement, and stays deeply committed to making sure clients actually feel the impact of what’s being built for them.
