Kate Eberle is a Senior Account Executive at Blue Margin, where she partners with PE-backed middle-market companies to build data analytics programs that drive smarter decision-making and increase company value. Kate began her career in public service, spending two years as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer in Indianapolis before earning her Master’s in Public Affairs from Indiana University, where she concentrated in statistics, econometrics, and public finance. She went on to spend five years at Grant Thornton in Washington, D.C., managing data analytics projects for federal clients including the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security, work that ranged from building executive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to preparing congressional briefings and developing complex forecasting models for law enforcement hiring.
In 2020, Kate joined Blue Margin and quickly developed deep expertise in the commercial middle market, with a particular focus on PE-backed platform and add-on growth strategies and legal services organizations. With her PMP certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, and over a decade of analytics experience spanning more than 100 client engagements, she is known for her ability to facilitate alignment among executive teams on where to begin, and where to go next, with their data and analytics investments.
