Not as long as you’d think.  Typically, in the initial phase, we work in short sprints to focus on one functional area of your business and develop your tools within 4-6 weeks.

Still, we find that it’s not so much which toolset you use, but more about the root-cause approach and driving the outcome-focused buildout of the solution that matters most. Blue Margin designs, develops and deploys all solutions for you, and all those solutions are 100% live on your own Power BI and Azure tenant at any time.  Additionally, we’re committed to transparency in the consultant/client relationship, meaning we don’t hold your team hostage to our solution or application. Our promise to you: No vendor locks or black boxes. Ever.

How much does Blue Margin cost?

Ours is an hourly billing structure, billed in 6-minute increments, with a rate for standard engineers and senior engineers.  During the initial “prove it” phase, we develop a project scope that builds stand-alone value that is structured to scale. Typically, standard projects range between $25 - $35K.
