We’ve had a busy start to 2020! And that’s not just on the business side. Saying “Thank you” to our wonderful employees and their families has become a monthly rhythm that we have not only looked forward to, but also fully embraced as part of our culture and what makes Blue Margin an amazing place to work. In January, we got our families together for pizza and unlimited games at the Loveland Laser Tag. It was a fun night! There were lots of victories and of course, grueling losses in the laser games, bumper cars, and air hockey. The kids stayed up too late (so sorry to the teachers!) and didn’t want to leave. And the big kids? Well, let’s just say that I was sore everywhere from the laser tag, the ropes course, and the 30-minute video game of shooting aliens holding a heavy, plastic shotgun.
Earlier this year, an idea was born to have a pancake breakfast for our employees on a Monday. There’s no better day to have breakfast at the office than on a Monday. In mid-February, we had 3 griddles set up and our people came into our breakroom and made their own pancakes with butter, blueberries, whip cream, and syrup. It was a huge success! We just might need to make pancakes at the office a regular thing! Next up? Appetizers and drinks!
